I am pretty sure that the programming of Cartoon Network is not unique to the Philippines. I am sure that there is already a Cartoon Network EPG for Asia which you can use.

Also read the Forum Rules before asking for a channel.

Search the forums. One PH was alrewady declined multiple times, because there is no comprehensible data for it.
