Germany: Programme icons only for two channels received

Hello,

I live in germany and only receive programme icons for two channels (ARTE and ANIXE). All other channels have channel icons, but the movies, series, etc. have no icons. I receive icons when I, e.g. use schedules direct.

Does anybody know what the issue might be?
