Is it possible to add these channels in the EPG? 
Country: Singapure.
Hub Premier 1
Hub Premier 2
Hub Premier 3
Hub Premier 4
Hub Premier 5

Added premiere 1.

All other Premier channels up until 10 show "End of Transmission".

I don't think, those channels have any programming any more.
