Added, except that Government Access channel.

That is not a real channel and 24 hours "Government Access Programming" is not a programming.

I was thinking very hard about adding the WBRZ channels, because they have 24 hours "WBRZ Weather and Traffic" and "WBRZ+ News Now" in their "programming", but those are at least real channels.
