More granular icon source selection

It would be nice to be able to select the channel icon source on a more granular level. The way it is now you only have the option to use iptv-epg icons or from source icons and that rule is applied to all channels. Being able to individually set that per channel or by group would be great as there are icons from both sources that I'd like to use.

It says "use icons from source where it's possible".

That means, if the source has icon for that channel, it will be used, otherwise our link will be used, or the custom url you added to that channel will be used.

That covers everything you can ever possibly want or need.

Also how would you want that to be realized without being confusing as fuck? (rhetorical question )

For some channels the iptv-epg icons are preferred and in others the source icons are better. A simple checkbox next to each channel or group could set the preference for the icon desired.

Again: simply use the custom link option. Add the link of the preferred icon and that icon will be used.
What you propose is only sounding good in your head.

Adding an option next to every channel will not only confuse people and make the site complicated, but you also have to imagine that some people have hundreds of channels. Nobody ever will go through hundreds of channels one by one, setting image preferences.

What do you think, why did we have to add bulk channel editing options to the site?
