FX Canada: look closer!
Showtime East/West: There is no separate EPG for them. What you see is just the same epg with local times, which is not needed to be listed separately, if you have set everything to UTC. Your IPTV app will know what to show. Showtime is already in the list.

Global Toronto is in the list as Globel Ontario.

Global Maritimes is Global Halifax. Added to the list.

I changed the source for City TV, which should have been the Toronto feed, but it's possible that it was the Vancouver feed.
I added them both separately now.
