Extra is already in the costa rica list.
Added TD Mas and TD Mas 2
All the Fox sport and ESPN channels are already in Mexico or Panama or other south american countries.
I say it the 1000th time again: read the FAQ how we list channels.
Big channels are for whole latin america. All pan american channels which are not specific to any country are either in Mexico or in Panama.
