Can I get a refund?
No! Please read the Terms of Use, read the FAQ, use the 5 days Free Trial, watch the Tutorial Videos, read the texts on the website, ask us questions.
If you didn't do all of these and you paid after you agreed to a "no refund" policy by checking a checkbox, and you realize only then that you have no clue what you have paid for, then it's your fault.
If you deliberately registered and paid the wrong account, because you thought you can cheat the system and your account has been blocked, don't even bother to contact us.
If you accidentally bought the wrong account: You should really start learning to read texts on a website, before doing anything! Common sense!
